SHIPPING & RETURNS

About our shipping solution

  • We send our packages within Sweden with PostNord (Free Shipping)

  • For deliveries to other EU countries we use PostNord and the shipping cost is 80 SEK (incl. VAT).

  • We ship within Sweden via Postnord agents and require ID documents to pick up the package. Delivery time is 1-3 working days.

  • EU Countries (DENMARK, NORWAY, FINLAND) we ship as a class 1 parcel, which means that the package is trackable and will reach you within 3-6 days after you place your order.

About returns
 You have the right to return all unopened packages within 14 days. Unfortunately, opened packages cannot be returned as it is a hygiene product. We charge a return fee of 60 SEK for Sweden, other EU countries and 80 SEK and Denmark. For Norwegian customers, please contact our customer service at [email protected] for further instructions.

We will refund you as soon as the return reaches our warehouse, it takes about 1 week.

For returns, please follow the instructions below;

  1. Contact us for the return label and we will create the return label, Postnord will email and text you the QR code.
  2. Place unbroken packages in the box or shipping bag as they arrived and seal properly.
  3. Stick the return label over the old shipping label. (You can print the return label at a Post office, just show the QR code )
  4. Drop off the package at your local post office.
  5. After receipt and approval of the return, a confirmation of the refund will be sent to the email associated with your order.

About exchanges
 Contact us with your order number by email: [email protected] and we will help you.

Unclaimed package
 If you have ordered and not collected your package, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you 150 SEK for handling and shipping fees.
